Cooking Instructions

  • Mix: Combine 17.64 oz of mix with 2¼ cups of boiling water.
  • Stir: Mix with a wooden spoon for about 20 seconds until the flour absorbs the water (the dough will remain lumpy).
  • Fry: Pipe 6-inch strips into oil heated to roughly 1.2 inches deep.
  • Finish: Fry until brown, drain, and roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture while warm.
